在虚拟机里共享主机里的硬盘 挂载失败，请懂的朋友帮我看看...

我的主机上装的是win7，然后装了vmware虚拟机，在虚拟机里装了ubuntu系统，好不容易才把vmtools装上了，可就是共享不了文件，令人很是恼火，我在网上搜了很多教程，可网上的朋友也不闲麻烦，拿一个教程来回复制粘贴，我在挂载这一部一直出错，截图因为我百度等级不够不能够上传了挂载这一步：sudo mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sda3 /media/E -o force然后出来：The disk contains unclean file system (0,0). The file system wasn✀t safely closed Windows. Fixing.之后还有一个对话框:Operation on file "尀尀.PhysicalDrive0"failed. If the file resides on a remote file system,please make sure your network connection and the server where this disk resides are functioning properly.If the file resides on removable media.reattach the media.Choose Retry to attempt the operation again.Choose Abort to terminate this session.Choose Continue to forward the error to the guest operating system.输入挂载命令后出来的东西，提示框的Retry 和continue 选了也没用，OK了还出现这个框，Abort好像是结束任务选项，但是那可恶的哪是什么结束任务呀，点了之后就是黑屏什么都干不了，虚拟机都关不了，结束进程关了在开就打不开了，必须是重启 主机才行，不知道怎么弄了，请Linux朋友帮帮小弟把...谢谢了...
