another是三个或三个以上，例如: These apples are very delicious,would you like another one?表示再一个，又一个
other表示其他的，后面总是跟可数名词复数，例如：other students are having lunch
the other用于两者间的比较，一般都是用one……the other
others=other+可数名词复数，是一个代词，可充当主语，常与some一起用，例如：Some teachers are very old,while others are very young.这里的others=other teachers
