摘要：【目的】探讨个性化护理对肺晚期癌患者生活质量（QOL）的影响。【方法】将120例住院肺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各60例。研究组在整体护理基础上由护理质控（QC）实施个性化护理，对照组按常规进行整体护理，观察实施个性化护理前后两组病人的生活质量情况。【结果】研究组患者接受个性化护理后在生活质量总分及其子项目，如精神、食欲、睡眠、疼痛、对治疗的态度、对癌症的认识、家庭的理解与配合、治疗副反应方面评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。【结论】个性化护理可以提高晚期肺癌患者的生活质量。
