A healthy diet it's important for me.
for breakfast,I usually have some bread,milk ands fruit.
I often haue rice,soup,meat and vegetables forlunch.
After school,I walk to home,then I do my homework first,I always have soup,meat,rice and vegetables for supper.Iwatch less than 1 hour TV eveay.
If you want to be healthy you must change you diet
