Dear SirsWe have a New Inquiry for the supply one complete Tomato/Carrots/Apricat Juice Making Plantof 120 Tons per 24 hours working day, which include Two Filling Plants (50% TETRAPAC and 50% POUCHES) :- One for Packing the Juice into TETRAPAC of 330cc and 1000 cc , and- One for Packing the Juice into POUCHES (preferable Standing Type) pf 330 cc and 1000 ccand shall be pleased to know if you are in a position to supply us the rfequired Filling Plants for the said Project.The plant which we will supply include two processes:a) Pulp Preparationb) Packaging in Two Systems: 1.TETRAPACK 330 cc and 1000cc 2. POUCHES 330 and 1000cc2. The Mixing process is : 15% - 30% Fruits Pulp and remaining Water and other ingredients. You may calculate and Offer the Filling Systems.3. Of course the Fruit Juices contain a certain percentage of sugar ranging from 3% - 10%.Also the fruit Juices containing :-Sweetening Material- Naturtal Food Stabilizers- Natural Colours- Natural Flevours- Vitamin C- Citric AcidTOTAL SOLUBLE SOLIDS Ranging from 8% - 20%4. FILLING SPEED :a) The Shape of TETRAPAC of 330 and 1000 cc are same all over the world.b) The Pouches should by proposed by you . Please see attachments.
