be是be动词,有多种形式
人称单数转为is ,复数转为are
第一人称单数是am
eg.
I am able to swim 我会游泳
We are able to swim 我们会游泳

第二人称或复数时用are，如：you/they/we are able to sing english songs.
第三人称用is，如：he/she is able to sing english songs.

在前边有情态动词/助动词时用be, 如：I can/will be able to sing english songs.
