can see 和 will see 都能用.
但是个人倾向于can see,而且can see 用的比较多.
will 和can的区别就在于,will只能用于将来时,can却能用于各种时态.
从我看到的例句当中,用 will do 的一般是i hope 【we】 will,i hope【you】 will,i hope that people will的,i hope the fans will .而 i hope 【i 】will 比较少.
举几个例子：
I hope I 【can】 see you again我希望再见到你
At that time,I hope I 【can 】see your nanny.到了那个时候,我希望可以看到你的保姆.
Yeah,I hope I 【will】 see you again in my classes.是的,我希望我会在我的班级里再次见到你.
