检查一下个硬盘分区的根目录下有没有出现一个Mxx90.dll(具体文件名不记得啦，类似的)。

若有说明，你被微软忽悠啦。VC2005及2008在win7安装过程中会出现，错误安装到硬盘根目录的bug。可自行百度微软关于这个bug的修正方法。这个bug，无论你咋个检查都会提示你vc已成功安装，但实际dll确放在硬盘根目录下。
