进入系统后键盘不能用

开机后，在Windows的登陆页面上，要输入密码时，键盘无反应了。进入BIOS时键盘都是好的，说明不是硬件问题，就是一进入系统，就不能用了。而且由于设置了开机密码，现在根本进不去系统，也无从查毒与修改设置。这个还有救么？我说过了，进bios时键盘还是好的，也就是说不是键盘的问题。是在Windows下键盘无法使用，也就是说驱动被删除之类的。但是现在不输入密码就无法进入Windows下操作，所以很无奈。顺便说一下，这台机子不知道为什么无法用WinPE启动。（联想的启天5400）谢谢各位的热心回答。我使用安全模式试过了，和普通登陆情况一样。而且在输入框里确实有光标在闪动，就是键盘按什么都没反应（包括NumLock键！）。可是在Bios界面下一切正常，所以感觉应该是Windows的系统问题。

原因是bios里的键盘没有激活，按照以下办法（英文的，应该能看懂）

开机按F8 进入安全模式看能不能使用键盘,如果能进入系统后用360 把一些无关启动项关了.如果不能重装系统

1.我想问下你要输入密码时,输入框里有没有光标闪动,如果没有,就按tab键把光标移到输入框才能输入.
2.输入密码是使用小数字键盘的???如果是,小数字键盘灯有没有亮啊,没有就要按下numlock键,灯亮了,才能输入.
一般情况应该是这两个问题之一,如果是笔记本的电脑,试下键盘左边的大键盘的数字键.

这个型号不熟悉，不过联想是经常会做硬件限制的，不让用户改硬件
还有WinPE为什么不能启动，不能光盘启动吗
