Abstract: with the development of market economy, the ability and the quality of the contingent of talent market for secretary put forward new requirements, the secretary must be applied talents for the high quality, more capacity, as a secretary talent training base in colleges and universities, teaching conditions, old teaching methods, cultivate students is difficult to adapt to the talent market demand. This paper through the literature material method, interview method, from the current unit of choose and employ persons is the requirement to the secretary, secretary professional courses, teaching method and the employment guidance and so on the problem of the secretary of the professional education of colleges and universities is discussed in this paper, and put forward reasonable countermeasures.
