Content abstract: collaborative commerce is a kind of based on information and
knowledge sharing, with common business interests on the value chain of
enterprise business strategy between partners. This article in view of the
current problems existing in the enterprise knowledge management system,
analyzes the collaborative commerce system to support enterprise knowledge
management system, proposed the enterprise knowledge management system based on
collaborative commerce construction principles, and the system implementation
means is discussed in this paper.
