这句英语根本就不通。是什么人写的？作者应该去上英语课。

改正过的句子：
During enrichment, an equilibrium state must be reached to allow a stable spectrum to be obtained for further adsorption isotherm and PLS model calculations.

明白原句里有多少错误么？
1. When是副词，被当成介词用了。正确的介词是during。
2. have to表示不得不的意思，must是必须的意思。这句里必须用must。
3. to obtain的逻辑主语显然是实验员，可是句子里根本没有！句子里唯一的主语是an equilibrium state，它是无法去获得什么光谱的。所以正确的说法是to allow a spectrum to be obtained。
4. further前面不应该加定冠词。

改掉了所有错误之后，句子的主要结构就很清楚了：
an equilibrium state（主语） must（情态动词） be reached（谓语，被动语态）
