With CCCS, my debts were still withmy creditors, but the interest rates were all lowered and CCCS acted somewhatlike a debt management company. I would pay them, and they’ddisperse（分散）payments to all my creditors. They charged me$35 a month, which is a small fee considering how much interest they weresaving me for being in the program. It has been a struggle since I am still a partof the program and currently pay $410 a month. I started the program in January2008 with a balance of＄18, 000, and I amnow down to $1, 200.
