谓语动词，应该用is ，还是are ?

1 weakness 当缺点来讲可以用复数吧。下面那个句子才是正确的写法？ A What are your strengths and weaknesses ? ， B What are your strength and weakness ? 两种写法是不是都对呢？？看到网上也有这么写的： C What is your strength and weakness? 我觉得既然是并列的两个主语，谓语动词，这里用 is 是不对的？应该 are 才行吧。2 请告诉我们你最大的优点和最大的缺点是什么？（英语翻译，谢谢——）谢谢了。

如果主语是复数的话就用are，主语是单数的话就用is!而且要求是一般现在时的情况才可以用are,is。如果是过去式就用was,were。如果是一般将来时就统统用will be
