not all , not all of 意思上一样吗？

1 我知道not all ..... ， all.....not... 资料上写的是，部分否定的意思，请问 not all students, not all of the students 汉语意思上是一样的吧？2 All of us are not happy 和 Not all of us are happy 这两句话，意思是否一样？看到有些地方介绍说，两者都是部分否定，全部否定要用none of 吗? 3 下面几句话给出翻译。 A 所有的人都支持这个决定 / 都反对这个决定 B 不是所有的人都喜欢他 C 所有人到齐了吗？（所有人，用 everyone ,everboday , all people ,all the people 来翻译都可以吗？）谢谢了。。。

1．在汉语上是一样的意思
2．没错，这个很容易理解错的，这都是部分否定．只有none　of才表示全部否定
3．A everybody supports/opposes the decision
B not everyone likes her

至于所有人的说法，语法上都是正确的，但是一般都用everyone或everybody吧，习惯问题。
