C此为疑问句，所以用anything，而anything是一个不定代词，形容词需要加在其后面，anything else 可见是主语，意为其他的东西，什么东西呢？新的东西，根据前一个定理，选C

D这本好难啊！想必没大有人能够理解，所以a little 和a few 不能选，因为他们表示一些，而前者是修饰不可数名词的，后者相反，所以呢...little 和 few 表示几乎没有，them指的是人，人可数，选D

C X 和 Operation 的第一个音都是原因，用不定冠词 an， doctor 很普通啦，用 a

D护士们那么辛苦的给病人们关心与爱护，病人们应当很感激嘛~
