Delivery date, as mentioned in the PO sheet is to be respected .Extensions on the delivery dates are to be approved by sb, and they are subject to penalties . * for more than two weeks delay the supplier will ship by air on his account ( unless the delay was accepted by Runners) 5. care labels and main labels are to be submitted for approval before starting bulk production
