快速型工艺程具体:
l )产品三维模型构建由于 RP 系统由三维 CAD 模型直接驱首先要构建所加工工件三维CAD 模型该三维CAD模型利用计算机辅助设计软件(Pro/E , I-DEAS , Solid Works , UG 等)直接构建已产品二维图进行转换形三维模型或产品实体进行激光扫描、 CT 断层扫描点云数据利用反求工程构造三维模型
2 )三维模型近似处理由于产品往往些规则自由曲面加工前要模型进行近似处理便续数据处理工作由于STL格式文件格式简单、实用目前已经快速型领域准标准接口文件用系列三角形平面逼近原模型每三角形用 3 顶点坐标向量描述三角形根据精度要求进行选择 STL 文件二进制码 ASCll 码两种输形式二进制码输形式所占空间比 ASCII 码输形式文件所占用空间ASCII码输形式阅读检查典型CAD 软件都带转换输 STL 格式文件功能
3 )三维模型切片处理根据加工模型特征选择合适加工向型高度向用系列定间隔平面切割近似模型便提取截面轮廓信息间隔般取0.05mm~0.5mm 用 0.1mm 间隔越型精度越高型间越效率越低反则精度低效率高
4 )型加工根据切片处理截面轮廓计算机控制相应型(激光或喷)按各截面轮廓信息做扫描运工作台层层堆积材料各层相粘结终原型产品
5 )型零件处理型系统取型件进行打磨、抛光、涂挂或放高温炉进行烧结进步提高其强度
