D，这个题考查一个句型 the+比较级。。。，the+比较级。。。。，表示你越。。。。就会越。。。。，所以这个题选D，careful的比较级是more careful，few的比较级是fewer，这个第二个空不能选less，即litte的比较级，是因为mistakes是可数名词，前面只能用few修饰，little修饰不可数名词，这个句子的意思是在考试中，你越仔细，错误就会越少。
