案例：审核下列信用证，指出：(1)L/C主要当事人；(2)L/C错误；(3)将正确的信用证翻成英文汇丰银行致：中国A进出口公司日期：2005年9月10日号码：427/6388 本证通过北京中国银行通知受益人开证金额：US＄4250 兹开立以贵行为受益人，以B公司为申请人，总金额为US Dollars Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only的不可撤消信用证。由受益人开立见票后30天付款的汇票，以我行为付款人，支取100%发票金额的货款，并随付下列单据：商业发票一式三份，全套清洁已装船提单，保险单，以电报副本证明装运下列货物：5000公斤**牌染料每公斤US＄8.5 CFR HK，不允许分批装运，不允许转运交单日：2005年10月12日前装运不迟于2005年10月10日

L/C主要当事人:受益人A公司; 开证申请人B公司.
L/C错误:受益人是BOC. BOC应该是通知行.而且交单日离最晚装船日太近,实际操作中应尽量争取放宽.金额大写错误.
