1、pertain是不及物动词，不能放在句末，应常用1.pertain to…

2.To pertain to; concern.
属于；
3.His remark did not pertain to the question.
他的话同这个问题不相干。
4.These nouns all pertain to what underlies and supports.

2、此句应用现在完成时，are应该为have been

3、ove本就是介词，to多余，应该删掉

第一句你想表达什么意思呢？
第二句，应该去掉are，make sure sth。done过去分词表示一种状态，本句话你也可以在sure后加上that，这样就是一个宾语从句了，are就要保留。
第三句把over to改成out of

2、are改为been,表安全带被固定好
3、over 和to 别连用，去掉to
