Abstract: beginning with the establishment of talent view, quality view, and examination view being adaptable to its own property as well as the examination system reform that should be fulfilled according to the requirements of the three views, this paper indicated that current examination system of Radio & TV open education is basically similar to the diploma-oriented mode in general high schools, additionally, it put forward some thoughts about its deepening of examination system reform from a strategic view of lifetime study system construction.
