I had the same Errors. With "Warning: Output file will be resized from 1920x1080 (1:00 PAR) to 320x1080 (6:00 PAR) to meet format constraints."

I figured out that the Video setting had slipped.

I found tweaking them worked. Current using these attached. Now the the error doesn't show up.

I have no idea if these are the right settings.

其实是比特率问题，我发现我的比特率不知怎么搞的都到0.+了，所以提示格式限制，把比特率调高点就好了

输出组件的小三角那里调整回h264，我也出现这个问题，调回来就好了

网友（4）：

像素比例问题，1.00是方形像素也就是长宽比是一比一，H264为高清格式，像素比例是长方形的
