hear sb do sth (听见整个过程） hear sb doing sth（听见正在发生的）

C Entering D Having entered
C 和D都可以，C表示伴随，状态什么的，D表示时间，这个动作发生在主句的谓语动作之前。如果不是特别强调先后，口语中可以选C，做题目的话，选D比较合适。进店之后拿钱。

3 If doctors found a cure for all disease, everyone ____be able to live for more than a century.

A will B should C would D shall
（我选的C，是虚拟语态，但是忘了是should 还是would了）
虚拟语气，C和D都可以的。

4 Either John or his brothers ________ to the party tonight.

翻译通顺.强调时间的先后,
楼上说CD都可以,其实C应该是错的
C的错误我不敢肯定自己对不对,
动名词作主语和宾语往往表示一般抽象的行为.这样的话,C就应该是错的,所以只能选D

所以要选D
