犬的起源（一）

犬是人类最忠诚的朋友，与人类的友好关系超过了其他所有动物。犬学名家犬（Canis lupus familiaris），属于哺乳纲（Mammalia），食肉目（Carnivora），犬科（Canidae），犬亚科（Caninae），犬属（Canis）。犬科是一个很古老的支系（lineage），在食肉目起源之初（5,000,000年），犬科就已经和其他的支系分离开来。犬科共有36个现生物种[1]，并且这36个物种在系统发育上紧密相关，分化时间约一千两百万年到一千五百万年之间[2]。尽管，一些犬科动物（赤狐、浣熊、貉等）被作为毛皮动物饲养，但家犬是唯一被驯化的犬科动物，也是人类最早驯化的家养动物，广泛分布于世界各地[3]。

由于家犬与人类的关系密切，有关家犬的起源、进化和品种形成等问题一直是考古学家和遗传学家共同关注的热点。早期，一些研究者考虑到家犬的表型差异极大，认为家犬可能起源于犬科动物多个不同的物种[4]。目前，综合行为学、形态学和分子生物学的研究结果证实，世界范围内的所有家犬起源于灰狼（Grey wolf，Canis lupus）[5, 6]。但是，关于家犬的具体起源时间、地点和驯化方式等仍存在较大的分歧。
